Hello – we are Canadian tourists interested in a Geisha dinner / evening. We have a fish allergy (fin fish not shellfish) – so all fin fish including eel, scallops, fish eggs, fish sauce, bonito and daishi broth if made with fish. Please advise if you are able to accommodate this allergy. Cross contamination of utensils or cutting boards would be an issue. Thank you.
